This classy Danish restaurant is famous for it’s beautiful blue-eyed waiters and impeccable service as much as for its first class cooking. If you’re dining outside they even provide little blankets. The house specialty is Sprængt And which is a duck dish that is cured over 52 hours. It tastes absolutely sublime. Elsewhere the cooking is authentically Danish which means plenty of cream, but with a very deft touch so that normally stodgy mains like sausage (Medisterpølse) remain delicious. Offering an enchanting meal in a great atmosphere, with superb service and truly magical Danish food, Lundums is a London favourite.
