Authentic cuisine - no fusion food here - in a very stylish Japanese setting. You can choose to sit and order from some imaginative a la carte menus, but the real fun is at the sociable teppanyaki and sushi counters, where you can watch your food being prepared with all the shouting and waving of big knives that top Japanese chefs do so well.
This is a restaurant designed for connosieurs, reflected in high prices and an obsessive attention to detail. If you're not serious about Japanese food, then this restaurant will feel over-priced, but those in the know regard this as a superb traditional Japanese eatery.
