This Brazilian bar and restaurant in the well-heeled district of Knightsbrige has finally opened after a year's delay. Where you used to find Isola, now you get a split-level eatery with a bar/brasserie serving simple food below and a more formal dining room above. The Brazilian influence is obvious from the interior - designed by top Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld - to the music and the menu; even the staff set a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Expect authentic dishes like Brazilian beef and crispy kale from head chef Darryl Healy. All native fruits are imported from Brazil including the cashew nuts which give the house caipirinha its kick. Delicious and stylish.
