Swiss chef and restaurateur Anton Mosimann is the famous chef behind this exclusive private dining club housed in a converted 19th century Scottish Presbyterian Church. When he first visited in 1987 the building was home to The Belfry. A year later Mosimann transformed the club into a gastronmic powerhouse beloved by the royals, bringing his 'Cuisine Naturelle' - a healthier way of cooking, without butter, cream and alcohol - to discerning diners. The typical menu at Mosimann's is a choice of best-in-season specialities alongside Mosimann classics like risotto ai funghi, Anton's Caesar salad, steak tartar, marinated salmon and crabmeat, and Anton's bread and butter pudding. The only hitch (apart from the prices) is you have to be a member to sample such culinary delights.
