Muya restaurant in London's ever-busy Camden is a family-run restaurant serving authentic ethnic food. In the case of Muya, it is the food and culture of Ethiopia that have been brought to the capital with real style and panache. The dining room is a m?lange of cool metropolitan style with wooden floors, uncovered tables for a smart-casual look, and white walls, then the addition of cowhide seating and regional artworks gives the dining room a real sense of place. The menu employs real injera, berbere, awaze, mitmita and kibe in fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Choosing the Muya Chef's Platter will give you a guided tour of this ancient and delicious cuisine.
