All the food sold from this small but excellent cafe, launched in 2004, is made on-site using natural and organic ingredients. You can tell it's good by the queues down the street. As well as healthy breakfasts of organic porridge or muesli with your choice of topping you get fresh-baked pastries and fairtrade tea and coffee. But the main draw are the freshly made soups with interesting sounding names like Bhuddas Delight, Crushed Chilli Chicken, Firecracker Shrimp Jambalaya and Hungarian Beef Goulash. This small selection of what's on offer also hints at the wide range of culinary influences at play. Each liquid lunch is usefully coded so you can see what's in it at a glance - a major bonus if you're on a no-wheat, no-fun diet or suffering from a gluten allergy. Labels include: v = vegetarian, vg = vegan, gf = gluten free, df = dairy/lactose free, sk = skinny/lowfat. All very healthy, very helpful and very, very tasty.
