This restaurant at the Sheraton Tower Hotel, Knightsbridge, is where chef Pascal Proyart infuses food with tastes of Brittany, from where he hails, at steep prices the locals and wealthy residents can well afford. Regular folk, however, may blanch at £12 for a starter. It's the kind of rich, tasty French cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh and expertly cooked fish dishes, that Michelin stars are awarded for. Though Proyart is still aiming for his star, it does give some indication as to the classy level of dining you can expect in this plush restaurant.
