From the Danish owner of 1 Lombard Street comes an authentic French restaurant in the smart shopping area of Chelsea known as Brompton Cross - where Brompton Road meets Draycott Avenue and becomes the Fulham Road. Sore Jessen has brought in David Duverger as head chef who has worked two two-Micheling starred restaurants in his home country - La Pyramide de Fernand Point in Vienne and Le Clos de la Violette in Aix en Provence. His experience brings typically French flavours to such delicacies as onion soup gratinée and pumpkin risotto or lardons and wild rice. Minute grilled tuna, crudite and tapenade and terrine of slow cooked and pan fried foie gras with layer of quince are just as you would expect to find them in a French bistro.
