Branches of this cool French cafe abound across London. Paul serves epic eclairs, excellent coffee and a fantastic array of tarts, cakes and pastries as well as serious sandwiches in elegant surroundings. With a selection of crepes and petit fours to sate every possible sugar-craving, Paul provides a taste of Paris in the heart of London. What started in 1889 as a small local bakery in Croix, near Lille in Northern France, is now, four generations later, a business that really can claim to offer the taste of a true French patisserie on an international scale. The dark chocolate tart is pure, decadent bliss. Take away available, plus a selection of breads and gateaux to buy.
