In decor and atmosphere it's a welcome change from the more impersonal, hospital canteen feel of the restaurants of Chinatown. Forget the red buses and black cabs outside, concentrate on the delicate flavour of your pork Shanghai dumpling for a minute and you could be in Hong Kong.
