Percy & Founders is a modern European restaurant and bar located in the heart of Fitzrovia on the junction of Mortimer Street and Berners Street. The name is inspired by the Duke of Northumberland, Hugh Percy, and the group of philanthropists who together founded the Middlesex Hospital in 1755. Open all day, every day, from morning coffee through to dinner and evening cocktails, the menu features simple British and modern European food with Diego Cardoso as executive chef. Dine under an original series of David Hockney's 'A Rake's Progress' or reserve an area for private dining. Opt for the Chapel Room and you'll get stunning views into Fitzrovia Chapel, or pick Percy's Den and your party will be treated to a private room, fully stocked bar, drinks trolley and Bose surround sound system.
