Set up in 1964 by Italian born Peter Rosignoli at the age of 33 this fish restaurant is a long established Chelsea haunt. Peter drew on his experience as headwaiter in a number of restaurants, including the Ritz, to create this exclusive dining experience where the service is exceptional.
