Pulia offers authentic regional food and wines from Puglia, the heel of Italy. Specialities include a selection of baked breads, fresh pasta, vegetarian, meat and fish-based dishes, as well as a wide selection of Apulian cheeses and hams. The wine selection reflects the local grapes of the region and consist of Negroamaro, Primitivo, Fiano, Falanghina as well as other grapes and blends, carefully selected from some of the best wine producers in Puglia.
