Wraps, soups and smoothies blended to order are on the menu at Pure (previously Pure California). Even though it's a drink The Big Breakfast - a blend of yoghurt mixed with museli, bananas, stawberries and OJ - is substantial enough to keep you going until lunchtime. A favourite at LondonTown afternoon meetings - and responsible for some of our best ideas - is Brain Fuel, the one with gingko and ginseng pep-me-ups. They also do healthy but tasty sandwiches and wheat-bran wraps filled with things like hummus, caesar chicken or Thai prawn. A great place for a quick, nutritious slurp and a bite to eat.
