This place is all things to all people - a glamourous cocktail bar, a decent restaurant and a club. So you could spend a relaxed afternoon here on their squishy leather seats or boogie the night away - the cocktails are particularly fine too. The downstairs bar is the best place for the latter which, with its den-like appeal, subdued lighting and snakeskin trimmings, has instant appeal. Thankfully, it's a far more sophisticated place their the original Ruby Lounge in King's Cross. The Notting Hill crowd wouldn't want to slum it so it's a wise move on the part of the Ruby crew who've upped their game with this addition to their stable of bars, restaurants and clubs.
