A prime exponent of Nuevo Latino cuisine, Sabor Restaurant and Bar in Islington serves fresh, mouth-watering South American food. Since its opening in 2004, the restaurant has earned rave reviews and plenty of accolades from both the regular clientele and the new visitors who enjoy the ever-changing menu of South American specialities. Highlights of the menu include Moqueca (a classic fish stew dish from coastal Brazil), Rabo Encendido (slow-braised oxtail in a fiery malbec wine sauce), and the classic Argentinean beef - and as steak lovers from around the world will testify, Argentinean steak is amongst the finest going. An important part of the South American atmosphere at Sabor is music and you can enjoy your meal whilst being serenaded by a soundtrack combining the musical variety of countries like Cuba, Brazil, Argentina and Puerto Rico.
