Opposite the champagne bar on the upper concourse of St Pancras International train station is the Grand Restaurant and Oyster Bar, stylishly modelled by Martin Brudnizki, the designer behind Scott's and The Ivy. Executive chef Billy Reid has worked at well known restaurants including The Belvedere, L'Escargot and the Vineyard at Stockcross where he was awarded his first Michelin Star. This means a very British menu is served at St Pancras Grand, as Billy brings some old-fashioned favourites like fish and chips and sherry trifle to the menu. Given the 24/7 rhythm of life at St Pancras - with trains ferrying people to Paris and beyond - the menu is available all day, with special brunch and afternoon tea choices on top. There are also a number of 'express' dishes, perfect if you've got a train to catch.St Pancras Grand - Searcys 1847, St Pancras International events
