- Visitor Information
Breakfast choices range from lighter options to the full English breakfast. Diners can opt for a poached egg with grilled tomato or pull out all the stops, wear stretchable trousers and go for the full breakfast with sausages, bacon, beans, fried bread, hash browns, mushrooms and tomato. Every titbit is cooked to perfection. The bacon is crispy and the sausages are plucked from the finest range. You can wash it down with a glass of freshly squeezed juice or choose a beverage from their impressive range of excellent coffees, teas or herbal infusions.
As with anything in this grand hotel, this little restaurant is opulent, affluent and extravagantly luxurious, as and serves up a quintessentially Savoy experience. Most of all however, they serve up some seriously top-rate grub that pays tribute to the much-loved breakfasting traditions of this country. Where better to toast St. George than over a plate of fried eggs and black pudding in one of London’s most esteemed settings?
As of 15th December 2007 the Savoy has closed to undergo a £100 million restoration. The hotel will reopen in early 2009.
