The first restaurant outside of Italy created by internationally renowned chef and holder of 3 Michelin stars, Heinz Beck, Apsleys offers light cuisine with Mediterranean flavours. Executive Chef Massimiliano Blasone is the man responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of Beck's menu ? a menu which features highlights including Wild sea bream carpaccio, Foie gras with wild mushrooms consomme and Turbot in salt crust with roasted pepper and potato terrine. Apsleys has two private dining rooms and two wine tasting rooms, which offer an impressive list of wines available by the glass.
