The Fat DelicatessenSelling the tapas concept to Balham’s professionals shouldn't be too hard. This bar/deli takes the Spanish core concept and blends in some British nuances. This means a plateful of delicious, wafer-thin jamon iberico (cured ham) sits side-by-side with a selection of delicious cheeses from around the UK (who likes manchego anyway?). The refreshingly simple menu is complemented with a wine list dipping into French, Italian and Iberian vineyards. Right near Balham tube station it's an ideal spot to drop in after work.
