Situated on West Brompton's leafy Park Walk, amongst beautiful mansion flats and boutiques is The Henry Root, a sophisticated restaurant with a real neighbourhood feel. Quickly becoming a part of the local social scene, this lovely dining room is a place to relax, step out of the rat race and converse with friends over good food and perhaps a glass of wine. Put together in a way that speaks of innate, naturalistic style, The Henry Root dining room is two parts suave to one part left field. So alongside sleek dark wood floors and designer seating you'll find strange portraits and reclaimed rise and fall lamps. An open kitchen gives a glimpse in to the restaurant's inner workings, while a large blue painted bar is lined with high stools for casual perching. Not only are patrons of The Henry Root offered a full menu of delectable dining with bistro style main dishes, but offerings extend to charcuterie plates, small dishes of both hot and cold French-esque tapas and nibbles.
