Beautifully restored by its current owners, London's The Lady Ottoline pub and restaurant is a slice of perfect Victoriana located close to Grays Inn Road. On the ground floor of the Dickensian style building is The Lady Ottoline's bar room where drinks are ordered at a dark wood bar and enjoyed under the gaze of long gone ancestors in antique portraits lit by brass wall lights. Up the stairs hungry guests are treated to a more formal atmosphere in the refurbished dining room with its antique Queen Anne furnishings and button backed black leather banquettes. Open for dinner from Monday to Saturday and serving lunches from Tuesday to Friday and on Sunday, The Lady Ottoline dining room offers its visitors a number of menu choices ranging from a value for money set lunch to a decadent dinner a la carte. Dishes are robust and hearty, bringing together indulgent, thoughtfully sourced ingredients with a contemporary British and European approach to cookery.
