Theo Randall has a lot to live up to with his first restaurant being in London's most exclusive street, Park Lane. But the former head chef at The River Cafe does it with such grace and finesse that Fay Maschler herself will be queuing for a table at this particular diner. The restaurant itself is all chocolate browns and funky flowers (arty pictures and real ones) - add some crisp white tablecloths and a classy menu and Theo's got people eating out of his hand (metaphorically speaking). A true foodie, Theo often returns to his Italian roots for inspiration and this is reflected in his authentic and deliciously seasonal dishes. The idea is to have a place where it's possible to pop in for a light meal or relax over dinner and the 20-seater bar area is perfect for enhancing this warm environment.Theo Randall images
