In the London kitchen, head chef Ravi Deulkar brings with him his experience at the Michelin starred London restaurant Rasoi Vineet Bhatia. Among the spices and masala dishes is the Cornish brown crab, done in a rich butter with pepper and garlic - this speciality is sure to have you salivating. The emphasis on fresh fish continues at the Koliwada table, or the Fisherman's table, where up to ten diners can happily eat alone, it's also ideal if you haven't booked a table.
