An impressive Japanese restaurant belonging to The Westbury hotel in London's Mayfair, Tsukiji Sushi is exciting lovers of Eastern food the city over. A positive embodiment of the latest approach to Japanese food, Tsukiji Sushi swaps conveyor belt food for high end styling and creative cookery. In red woods and simple lines, the interior of Tsukiji pays homage to old Japanese architecture yet in an entirely modern way. Head chef Show Choong, approaches his job with imagination and skill, using healthy, often organic and seasonal ingredients in his regularly changing combination of traditional and modern dishes, both hot and cold, almost entirely based around fish and seafood, creating a unique approach to sushi which will delight both newcomers and connoisseurs.
