Love homemade Vietnamese street food? Love your food nutritious, delicious & light? Find yourself at home at Velo. Every morning, our team makes fresh summer rolls in rice paper and healthy mango salads in homemade fish sauce. Overnight, we simmer our beef broth. It is cooked for 24 hours to produce the fragrance and nutrients in our Vietnamese noodle soup Pho Beef. Our entire menu is completely MSG-free! Try our Vermicelli and Rice dishes with marinated roast pork or honey lemongrass chicken. Or our banh mi baguettes. Freshly baked every morning, they are stuffed with your choice of fillings. Do we cater for vegetarians/vegans, gluten-free and halal diet? Absolutely.
