Situated on the 42nd floor of the former Natwest Tower, Vertigo 42 combines vintage fizz and fine food with one of the City's most breathtaking views. The bar itself is understated but undeniably chic, complete with sleek furniture, ambient lighting and mirrored corridors. At night, it's every inch the buzzing Champagne bar, while at lunchtime it's ideal for business lunches and romantic t?te-?-t?tes. The extensive drinks menu features vintage and non-vintage bottles, which start at £11.50 for a glass of Veuve Delaroy and ascend to dizzying heights. The concise food menu features light and sophisticated dishes like seared peppered tuna and radish salad; seared scallops with slow-cooked bacon and pea veloute; and a deliciously creamy artichoke, truffle and herb risotto.
