This organic vegetarian restaurant may not look like much from the outside - nor judging by the no-frills interior decor either. But it's the food that makes it stand out as something a bit special... possibly even spiritual. Most of the menu features superfoods and seeds, served raw or very slowly cooked to retain as many nutrients as possible. They even work out the ying and yang of the foods and dishes for you. Some people may find this kind of thing too virtuous - thinking it's so good for you it's boring - but they tend to be the unenlightened meat eaters. Any vegetarian (after all, that's who they're catering for) will love this place, from the nutritionally balanced organic food to the wide choice of dishes available. You can opt for a buffet plate or order a la carte, they also do desserts, juices and strange sounding infusions. It's not often you find such a small and uniquely idiosyncratic restaurant among the chains and same-same eateries in central London. Worth seeking out.
