A sanctuary amid the bustle of Stoke Newington, WOLF is a neighbourhood restaurant which opened in August 2016 and celebrates authentic Italian food ? and the Italian way of eating. Using local produce and specialty Italian ingredients, owner Antony Difrancesco and head chef Karla Knowles, previously at Petersham Nurseries, create seasonal, regional dishes that hail from all corners of the country. Creamy burrata, tender gnudi and richly flavoured ragu are accompanied by an all-Italian wine list, cocktails made with home-infused spirits and freshly ground Italian coffee. Bottomless brunch includes polenta pancakes with persimmon jam and mascarpone as well as cheesy baked gorgonzola with chargrilled focaccia.
