The ethos behind Wagamama is simple food, simply cooked and quickly served. Some might find it hard getting used to the informality of the serving system - it's common for food to arrive at different times - but the friendly staff encourage you not to stand on ceremony and slurp those noodles up as soon as they come. This reviewer's particular favourite Wagamama meal is Chilli-Beef Raman accompanied by the Chicken Gyoza.
