While booking in advance is the only way to guarantee a slot the ethos of this family-run shop is not to make customers book two years in advance and then charge them the earth. Instead you can arrange a quick ten minute pick-me-up for £10 and some treatments are available for less. The central location in the heart of media land means that stressed out advertising executives will love their snooze booth - just the thing if you've been out late the night before and thirty minutes' shut-eye is the only way you'll make it through the next meeting.
