Its location opposite Smithfield Market is a very appropriate spot for the Farm Collective to set up shop. Working with select farmers and small producers, this outlet is like a permanent farmers' market where all the produce is sourced from within the UK, without any preservatives or additives. As well as knowing which farm in Dorset their meat comes from, Farm founders Craig Wills and Dominic Kamara sell salads and sandwiches prepared from scratch and made from the wholesome ingredients they stock. There's grasshopper porridge pots among the breakfast options, alongside fresh fruits and flourish bakery pastries. For lunch, Dartmouth smokehouse kiln roasted salmon is served with potato salad and Waverly Farm provide the field mushrooms for the soft white ciabatta sandwiches. They also sell excellent coffee and sweet treats like SoBo chocolates and Cherry Bomb cakes. If you live or work in the EC1-4 or WC1 areas they'll deliver to your desk. It's good food-on-the-go made easy.
