Artist Maggie Owen took a former dairy and turned it into an Art Deco emporium dripping in achingly hip designer jewellery. And the good news is that, although 'designer', the jewellery and accessories at French's Dairy cater for all budgets. Necklaces, bracelets and elegant adornments are by designers like Anton Heunis, Phillippe Ferrandis and Sophie Williams, all of whom are stocked in this jewel of a shop in Bloomsbury. The shop itself is so hip it has appeared in a photo shoot for Japanese Vogue. The height of cool. Designer Philippe Ferrandis has been creating his statement pieces, turning out two collections a year, for twenty years including collaborations with Daniel Swarovski. He has accessorised couture shows for Chanel, Balmain and Oscar de la Renta and eagle eyed fashion spotters will have seen his exquisite pieces adorn celebrities like Marisa Berenson, Isabelle Adjani and Beyonce.
