When their farm won the Observer's Producer of the Year Award back in 2005, the Ginger Pig were still very much pork specialists, with a dozen cuts, as well as offal, sausages, and charcuterie dominating the shop and their stall in Borough Market. They've extended their range considerably now, and lamb, beef and poultry are all available to the discerning shoppers of Marylebone, as well as pies, scotch eggs, and pates, all made entirely from ingredients produced on their own Yorkshire estates.
