Dave and Clare Hieatt started Howies back in 1995 from the living room floor of their London flat with the help of a mad designer called Daisy Creswell. The sports and urban wear label has a likeable down-to-earth, save-the-planet approach that means they use organic cotton and ensure working conditions are well above sweatshop standard. Based in Cardigan Bay in West Wales, Dave's into mountain biking and Howies has sponsored BMX and skate teams. Sports fashions for ethical living.Howies images
