Fishmonger Robin Moxon is regarded as one of the best suppliers of fish in London and is all too familiar with early morning trips to Billingsgate Market, buying the fresh fish he sells at his three shops in Clapham South, Dulwich and South Kensington. This branch of Moxon's in South Ken is handily placed if you're travelling by tube and is a friendly shop stocking ethically sourced sardines, mackerel, plaice fillets and various soles - lemon and Dover as well as the less fashionable megrim soles and witch soles which taste every bit as good as the pricier types. Former horse-breaker and restaurateur Robin Moxon also gives Jamie Oliver's Fifteen chefs two weeks of training and supplies Gordon Ramsay with fish ingredients for his books.
