Oliver's in Kew is how wholefood stores used to be and we wish still were - the giant US-owned Wholefood Stores could learn a thing or two from this place. As well as healthy and organic food are the adjacent Therapy Rooms (telephone 020 8948 2200) where there's a wide range of massages, facials, waxing and beauty treatments to choose from. Complementary therapies including acupuncture, coaching and craniosacral massage are also offered. Regular events and lectures are also held at Oliver's. The Health Lectures, for example, take on a range of health and nutrition topics and are hosted by respected experts including the likes of Zac Goldsmith, Suzi Grant and Barbara Wren. Tickets for all lectures are £7.50. You can book in the shop, use the online form at www.oliverswholefoods.co.uk or phone 020 8948 9065.
