Paul Smith opened this his second shop in Mayfair in December 2008. The elegant, Victorian space in the Royal Arcade is situated in the heart of Mayfair and stocks men's shoes and accessories. Built in 1879, this Arcade connects 28 Old Bond Street with Albemarle Street where the original Mayfair branch can be found, named 'Furniture and Things', it specialises in designs for the home including ceramics, pillows, cushions and oils. Paul Smith, the indisputable don of British fashion, launched in a tiny shop in Nottingham in 1970 and is now a global brand. His designs are gorged in appealing contradictions. Youthful but elegant, quirky but classic, he's best known for his sharp plain suits set off by inspired prints and flashes of colour.Paul Smith images
