For Steven Pollock art is in the blood. From early in his childhood he was exposed to groundbreaking modern art via his family's Peridot Gallery in N.Y. where exhibitions such as Sculpture by Painters showed work by high profile artists including Jackson Pollock. Now his gallery, Pollock Fine Art, is the largest private dealer of Andy Warhol in the UK and sells pop, modern and contemporary art from a beautiful Primrose Hill house. Through the gallery he has also staged exhibitions of works by Hans Bellmer, Peter Blake and controversial Oslo-based artist Bjarne Melgaard, all of whom he represents.
