Founded and designed by Liam Gallagher of Oasis fame, Pretty Green is a new British clothing label which boasts a cool, sensible and slightly modish collection for men (updated versions of Ben Sherman and Fred Perry, if you will). Pretty Green has two distinct ranges - the green label (for casual dress) and the black label (for a smarter look). The look is basically Liam's own (he models the whole catalogue himself), the singer having explained at the store's opening: "Clothes and music are my passion. I'm not here to rip anyone off and I'm not doing it for the money either. I'm doing it because there's a lack of stuff out there of the things I would wear." Liam launched the first Pretty Green store, a 2000 square foot temporary pop-up outlet over two floors, in Carnaby Street in July 2010. Still no word on when its run will come to an end so head there while you can.Pretty Green images
