Prick, London's first boutique dedicated to cacti and other succulents, is the brainchild of Gynelle Leon, an award-winning photographer with a career in forensic science, finance and fraud prevention as well as art and design and floristry. Based in Dalston, the shop on Kingsland Road offers unusual and exotic plants sourced from across the UK and Europe. Prick sees cacti and succulents as living sculptures that take years to fully develop and the plants come in beautifully designed contemporary terracotta pots.
