Up-and-coming hairdresser popular with celebrities and the social set - Normandie Keith and Lisa Snowdon among them. Ward specialises in good cuts that won't scare the horses. The salon also has a name for styling Afro and curly tresses. The interior design is slick with plasma screens dotted around and workstations courtesy of Philippe Starck. The 'metrospa' part is well equipped to cope with mums-to-be thanks to Pregnancy Beauty Couches in every treatment room. Get your mani/pedi at the nail bar and stick your tired tootsies in the whirlpool pedicure throne to feel like a pampered princess.
