Russell and Bromley offers classic high quality shoes and handbags with a fashion edge for men, women and children. Ninety per cent of the range is own brand, complemented by names such as DKNY, Beverly Feldman, Superga and Stuart Weitzman. The Russell and Bromley history dates back to 1873 when George Frederick Bromley worked as a journeyman-shoemaker for Albion Russell of Lewes, Sussex. When he met, fell in love with and married his employer's daughter Elizabeth the famous shoe partnership was sealed. The first London shop was opened in 1947 at the corner of Bond Street and Conduit Street.
