Chosen as one of three finalists for the UK Butcher's Shop of the Year 2007, meat comes from Sheepdrove Organic Farm in Berkshire, a family-run, mixed organic farm of over 2000 acres. Sheep, free-range poultry, cattle, and pigs are raised by Peter and Juliet Kindersley on their organic farm in rotation with arable crops. At Christmas time the chemical-free, free-range approach is evident in the popularity of their top quality organic turkeys and Christmas hampers.
