Temperley London on Bruton Street opens November 2012.

British designer Alice Temperley, whose dresses "merit red carpets of their own" (Vogue) is set to open a flagship store on London's Bruton Street in November 2012. The six-floor Georgian building in Mayfair, on a street already known for its designer shops, will house a two-floor 2,500 sq ft store with all three Temperley collections: Temperley London, Alice by Temperley and Temperley Bridal. The store will also feature a by appointment private shopping area while the building will be home to the operational side of the business - press and wholesale showrooms and financial and ecommerce offices. "I'm working with a friend to create lots of hand-paintings," the designed told Vogue magazine. "It'll have a French salon feel with a decorative twist." Temperley's existing Colville Mews boutique in Notting Hill, West London, will be redesigned with a focus on eveningwear and the Temperley Bridal range, including ready-to-wear and bespoke bridal collections.
