NOTE: The Blackfoot Butchers closed as of late 2009 and is called Viet Baguette.
The team behind the excellent Salt Yard and Dehesa restaurants bring us this butchers which - in keeping with their tradition - has a strong Italian and Spanish accent. This influence comes out in everything they sell here from the charcuterie and cheeses to the seasonal vegetables, condiments and regional delicacies. Herb stuffed meatballs taste like they're straight from Italy (though all the meat is sourced from British farms) while deli items include Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Padron Peppers, Truffle Honey and Cantucci biscuits. Lunchtime sandwiches are made using meats, charcuterie and cheeses sold in the shop. Alternatively, pick up some homemade fennel and caramelised onion sausages or rosemary marinated filet steaks on your way home and cook them yourself.
