The Kitchen at Parsons Green is a new kind of food store, opened in July 2008 by Michelin-star chef Thierry Laborde and Natalie Richmond. What's different about The Kitchen? It's Michelin starred cooking made simple. They supply everything you need to create your own expertly made meals. And at around £6 for a dish it's good value too. Once you've ordered the meals you want - choose from the seasonally changing options - visit the store to put them together with help from the professional chefs. Finish by cooking at home and pass off as your own. All recipes draw on Thierry's twenty years experience which includes positions as consultant head chef at The Wallace Collection, at Le Gavroche, The Sanderson, Zuma, Louis XV Monte Carlo and at L'Oranger where he earned that coveted Michelin star. The Kitchen aims to be an extension of your own kitchen, just that at The Kitchen all the time-consuming planning and prep work is done for you.
