Under the railway tracks on Druid Street in Arch 104 you'll find Topolski's Polish cured meats and pickles sharing a space with Jacob's Ladder Farms and KaseSwiss cheeses. The unpromising industrial looking area of Maltby Street and Druid Street, near Borough Market, transforms into a foodies' destination on Saturdays when the arches open up to reveal a whole community of specialist food producers and suppliers including Monmouth Coffee, The Borough Cheese Company, Mons and Neal's Yard cheeses, the St John Bakery and Gergovie Wines. Under Arch 104, along with meats from Jacob's Ladder Farms and KaseSwiss cheeses, Topolski sells fine Polish products including smoked pork sausages (kielbasa), horseradish (chrzan), beetroot with horseradish (cwikla), pickled cucumbers (ogorki konserwowane i kiszone), cowberry sauce (borowka) and plum spread (powidla) - a popular concentrated thick plum jam.
