Biggles' delicious gluten free sausages have been made in Marylebone since they established London's first all-sausage emporium in December 1989. Only top quality lean cuts of meat are blended with the finest herbs and spices to produce their authentic range. Atkins devotees, coeliacs and sausage purists will be pleased to learn that they don't use rusk or any form of wheat additive in their meat sausages. And everyone shopping here will appreciate the fact that no nasty ingredients like MSG or GM are used in the hand made sausages which are made in natural skins with low fat and salt content. There are refreshingly unusual combinations to choose from too like the Honey & Lemon Pork, or the award-winning Moroccan Lamb/Merguez sausage.
