Harper & Tom's is a well stocked florists where they really know their blooms - and where they've come from. They also sell larger plants and planters and happily deliver or make bouquets for special occasions. There's always something in season so spring, for example, sees branches of apple or cherry blossom in the fragrant shop. All year round, they have a selection of potted plants perfect for brightening up any city living room, kitchen table or window box. They also run a small flower stall nearby on the corner of Elgin Crescent and Kensington Park Road.
